Hello everyone,
First of all I would like to say thank you for joining us for our first challenge. The wait has been like a never ending road for myself and my fabulous team.Secondly, I would like to thank you for actually reading this (perhaps I should have said that at the end for when you are losing the will to live!
The main reason for me setting up this blog is for all those people, who on occasion, enjoy making anything other than a cards, scrapbook pages and ATC's. There are so many challenge blogs out there for such. I just wanted another place to go for all those who like to express themselves using any other media.
I have added a page with a list of challenge blogs who accept altered/mixed media. Some will have themes however it does us a chance to enter. There will be a comments box for anyone visiting who would like to share any places they know that we don't or have just simply forgotten. We will appreciate it as much as everyone else participating in our challenges. We all want to know where to go play lol.
Our challenges go live on the first of every month and the theme will always be ANYTHING GOES so everyone has the chance to bare their souls in their art.
Before I go any further, you may have noticed there are no winner badges yet - I just have not kicked myself hard enough to sort them yet. I will though I promise.
Entries are unlimited - I think exposure is important when so much time and effort has been taken to produce works of art. I do not want anyone feeling their work is not good enough to enter our challenges. We are all our own worst critics and there is no such thing of anyone being better than others - we are individuals and should remain as such.
Enough rambling from me although I do have one more thing to say.....( I hear a lot of sighing going on in the background lol )
Thing is I want to thank all of my wonderfully talented DT who have agreed to join me on this journey. Without them this would not be happening and I love them all. I just cannot wait for you all to see their really fabulous creations. I am so proud of them all.
